Where does Jcollection ship from?
Jcollection currently ships to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas e.g. Pulau Ubin. If you wish your order to be shipped to any other country, please write to us at
princess@jcollection.com.
We ship our orders via NinjaVan or Singpost. Please note that the courier only delivers within Singapore.
Easyparcel
Jcollection uses Easyparcel for registered and fast mailing to deliver your products right to you. EasyParcel is a web-based parcel consolidator and E-commerce shipping solutions provider, providing easy-access solution for delivery service bookings.
We trust in using Easyparcel to deliver your products promptly and also keeping you updated on the status and whereabouts of the products you have purchased with the tracking numbers provided.
Singpost Normail Mail (Local)
Normal Mail (up to 2kg) can be delivered as quickly as 2 working days.
Ordinary Mail is the most economical way to send your gifts, postcards, letters and packages within Singapore. Do note that Singpost Normail does not come with tracking and we cannot be held responsible for any loss of parcel due to the mailing.
Shipping Rates
Enjoy free shipping on all orders above $50. Only applicable for orders in Singapore. Shipping rates and duration for individual items can be found by scrolling down on any product pages under Shipping Info.

• Please note that shipping rates are calculated on the order amount after any discount coupon used.
Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy: To help you save on delivery charges, Jcollection will usually consolidate your items in one single order and ship them together. When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order.
Occasionally, Jcollection may ship your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.
In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.
Delivery Arrangements
Orders sent by Third Party Logistics Partners:
• For orders that do not require advance scheduling, the first delivery will be attempted without any scheduling.
• If you miss the delivery, do not fret as they will let you know the delivery failed and you may reschedule a date and time which is convenient for you.
• Should the second scheduled delivery attempt fail, the third attempt will be chargeable.
• In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered and you are not contactable to set up a date and time, your order will be held for a maximum of 1 month from the date of first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response within this month, the order will be cancelled and the money refunded as a form of store credit.
Holding of Order
Jcollection is able to hold your order for a maximum of 1 month from the latest deadline of an item within your order. If you would like more information, please email us at

Self-Collection
In the event that you would like to do a self-collection for your order, please write to us at
princess@jcollection.com and give us a notice of at least 1 working day for us to prepare the items for you. If your order is less than $50, we will refund the shipping fee back to the mode of payment which you used for the order.
If you have failed to collect your order after a 1 month from the first contact, after numerous attempts of contact on our end, your order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you in the form of a store credit.
