Delivery Policy: To help you save on delivery charges, Jcollection will usually consolidate your items in one single order and ship them together. When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order. Occasionally, Jcollection may ship your items to you separately due to the nature of the products.
In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.
In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.
Orders sent by Third Party Logistics Partner:
• For orders that do not require advance scheduling, the first delivery will be attempted without any scheduling.
• If you miss the delivery, do not fret as they will let you know the delivery failed and you may reschedule a date and time which is convenient for you.
• Should the second scheduled delivery attempt fail, the third attempt will be chargeable.
• In the event that the parcel cannot be delivered and you are not contactable to set up a date and time, your order will be held for a maximum of 1 month from the date of first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response within this month, the order will be cancelled and the money refunded as a form of store credit.
Jcollection is able to hold your order for a maximum of 1 month from the latest deadline of an item within your order. If you would like more information, please email us at email@example.com.
In the event that you would like to do a self-collection for your order, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and give us a notice of at least 1 working day for us to prepare the items for you. If your order is less than $50, we will refund the shipping fee back to the mode of payment which you used for the order.
If you have failed to collect your order after a 1 month from the first contact, after numerous attempts of contact on our end, your order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you in the form of a store credit.
